Gymnastics

Tryouts:

Girls will be selected for the team based on the level of mastered skills and the ability to learn new skills safely.

Practices and home meets are held at the YWCA of Greenwich.

Practice Schedule:
Tuesday 6-7pm
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 5:00 - 7:0pm

Practices/Meets will be held during vacation weeks.

Competitions are usually held once a week.

Regular league season is about 7 meets.

All athletes are expected to attend all practices and meets. If you cannot attend a practice you must notify the coach before the start of practice.

Your own leotard must be worn for practices.

GHS will provide a competition leotard.
