Important Dates

FIRST SEMESTER IMPORTANT DATES:

  • August 29, 2:45 - Community service verification deadline for conditional admits
  • August 29 - Sept. 9:  Attend ONE 30 minute meeting before (7:25 start) or after school (2:35 start) MANDATORY meeting in room 219
  • September 26, 3:30 - Deadline for application submission for June eligible students
  • September 30 - Decisions emailed to June eligible students
  • October 1 - Submission of verification of September service due
  • November 1 - Submission of verification of October service due
  • November 5 - Induction Ceremony, 7:00 PM, PAC
  • December 2 - Submission of verification of November service due
  • December 20 - Submission of verification of December service due
  • February 3 - Submission of verification of January service due

It is the responsibility of (aspiring) members to keep track of these dates and meet their obligations.  Any questions should be directed to Ms. Maxon.

SECOND SEMESTER IMPORTANT DATES: 

  • February 23-27 - Email notification of eligibility to apply for the Class of 2027

  • March 2 - Seniors submit service hours verification
  • April 1 - Seniors submit service hours verification
  • April 2 - 3:00 Deadline for application Google Classroom submission for Class of 2027
  • April 30 - Seniors submit service hours verification
  • April 30 - Last day of service for senior members who have submitted all mandatory hours
  • May - Opportunity for seniors to get caught up on mandatory hours
  • June - Senior members with completed service hours recognized at graduation
  • End of June - Newly qualified eligible juniors invited to apply for the Class of 2027
  • End of June - Hard copy mail notification of membership status to all juniors who applied in April
