Order your 2025 GHS Compass Yearbook by Wednesday, November 6 to take advantage of "early bird" pricing! Please review the information below to purchase a yearbook, design a senior recognition ad, and submit candid photos.

Purchase a Compass Yearbook
Order the 2025 GHS Compass Yearbook online at yearbookforever.com by the following dates: 

• Nov. 6 -- Early Bird Discount. Purchase a yearbook by Wednesday, November 6, 2024 for a discounted price of $70 (including taxes and fees). 
• Dec. 16 -- Guaranteed Yearbook. Prices increase after November 6. Purchase a yearbook by Monday, December 16, 2024 for $80 (including taxes and fees) to guarantee that you receive a yearbook. 

The cost of the yearbook increases again after Monday, December 16, 2024, at which point yearbooks will be sold on a first come first serve basis until they are sold out. 

If you would prefer to pay for a yearbook using cash or check (payable to Greenwich High School), please email Dan Silkman at daniel_silkman@greenwich.k12.ct.us.

Dear GHS seniors,

By Monday 10/14 at 11:59pm, submit your senior quote for the yearbook through this Google Form. This is the final deadline!

Instructions and rules are listed in the description on the Google Form. If you have any questions, please contact the GHS Compass Yearbook Club through email at ghscardinalcompass@gmail.com. 

Check the spelling. Provide your verifiable quote source. Social media sites such as Pinterest and Brainyquote are not accepted as the authorship is often not accurate. Single space, no more than 150 characters (includes spaces between words). You can test your word count online.  

Review the following rules for senior quotes:

• The quote should reflect your best assets
• Quote must be from the original author, use appropriate language and references, and include an accurate citation
• No numbers, initials, abbreviations, hashtags, emoji, or characters
• No profanity, discrimination, or references to alcohol, drugs, sex, or violence 
• Quoting another person such as a coach, teacher, or friend requires their approval by GHS email
• Quotes in a language other than English must be translated to English and approved by the appropriate language teacher by GHS email

Copy and paste your quote, message, and source citation in the following format:

The Compass Yearbook Club and Advisors may deny quotes for the following reasons:    

• attributing a quote to a person that is not verified
• lines from a song (these are considered with the complete lyrics)
• quotes from movies, shows, and social media sites
• quotes that are ambiguous or have a negative connotation

The Compass Yearbook Club and Advisors reserve the right to edit, censor, or omit quotes without notice.

You will receive an email on the approval or denial of your quote.

Design a Senior Recognition Ad
Senior recognition ads are a great way to honor your graduate and support the GHS Class of 2025! To design and purchase a senior recognition ad, go to yearbookforever.com and follow the prompts to "Create a Personal Ad".

Deadlines and Pricing
Design and purchase your senior recognition ad at yearbookforever.com under "Yearbook Packages" by the following date:

• Nov. 6 -- Early Bird Discount: Submit your senior ad design by Wednesday, November 6, 2024 to take advantage of discounted ad prices. Prices increase after November 6.
  • Quarter Page Ad Package (ad and yearbook): $120 (plus taxes and fees)
  • Half Page Ad Package (ad and yearbook): $170 (plus taxes and fees)
  • Full Page Ad Package (ad and yearbook): $220 (plus taxes and fees)

Note: The above package prices include the cost of one senior recognition ad and one 2025 GHS Compass Yearbook.

Design
All senior recognition ads must be designed using the online Walsworth software; plan your layout design well in advance to allow for any adjustments or to troubleshoot any technical challenges. The best layouts are ones that have only a few photos to avoid overcrowding. Only high-resolution images can be used. You could include a message along with a baby photo or childhood photo with a sibling or friend, a favorite toy or pet, or activity photo (sports, dance, etc) that was continued in high school. Often a professional headshot is also inserted. 

Submit Candid Photos
Parents, students, and teachers may submit school-related candid photos for yearbook consideration in the following ways:

• Online: go to yearbookforever.com, click on "Visit Yearbook Snap" at the bottom of the webpage, and use the access code: cardinals
• Instagram: tag or direct message photos @ghscardinalcompass
• Yearbook Snap App: search for and download the free app on your phone, and then search for Greenwich High School. Use the access code: compass

Please note that the Compass Yearbook does not guarantee that submitted photos will be published.
